WELCOME to the Website of ; Sandra Grant LadySaxophonist.
A brilliant Saxophonist, Flautist and Vocalist hailing from Herts/North London!

The exquisite virtuosity of Sandra Grant has impressed Luxury Cultural Tourism (L C T) to such an extent that
L C T (www.LuxuryCulturalTourism.com ) LUXURY CULTURAL MEDIA,  have now featured her and placed her right at the very top of their london clubs page , which in itself only features the creme de la creme of London's best clubs.
So look out for her performance in some of these clubs in the very near future.

Sandra says: I am very honored and grateful for the recommendation given to me by L C T I know that to be placed on such a prestigious website as theirs is a testimony of my work.

Sandra Grant, Miss Saxophone Lady/Lady Saxophonist.

From the growling on the Tenor and Alto Saxophones, to the smooth and sweetness in her Flute performances; she will knock your socks off right from the start! It's not hard to see why the audience at her gigs push forward to see and listen to her; whether it's her raw and powerful improvisations on the Tenor, the wild natured tones on the Alto or the organic sounding sweetness on the Flute...she will  Blow Your Mind!

Probably the most amazing thing about this lady, is how she can cover any style of music; Jazz, Latin, Blues, R&B, Soul, Reggae, Calypso, Rock, Pop, Asian, House, Techno, Drum and Bass, and even genres not  yet invented ... with such comfort and ease and then take it to the next level.

She has appeared on television too, including Top of the Pops, Terry Wogan, Blue Peter and was also the resident soloist on Channel 5's Club Class!
Amongst that, Sandra has toured all over the UK, Germany, France, Japan, Holland, Denmark, Hungary, the Caribbean and the USA (including a series of concerts in New York).
She has performed and recorded with The Reggae Philharmonic Orchestra, The Kushite Jazz Quartet and The Brainwash;a Hungarian band, which she was co-writer and lead  Saxophonist and vocalist.
...and with all that under her belt, she is an extremeley grounded and approachable musician.
So if you want to get in touch, do so!

Sandra Has performed with DJ's at such night clubs as Heaven and the Supper Club in Nottinghill Gate, as well as performing at Casinos such as The Barracuda in Baker Street and The Colony Club in Hertford Street London.
Sandra performs in Churches, for Restaurants and at Weddings and corporate Functions. She can perform as a  One Woman Show,  playing Both Alto and Tenor Saxophones, Flute and Vocals.  When performing with a DJ, she plays on Alto Saxophone. At Indian Weddings Sandra usually performs only on Flute as it's tone captures this genre perfectly.

Sandra, LadySaxophonist, performed with number 1 Soul artists; Cloud 9, at the Bernie Grant Art's Centre. She also headlined at five Music and Arts Festivals;
The East Barnet Music Festival 2008 and 2009 and will also be performing there again this year 2010. The Hitchin Festival (Rhythms of The World) on the 12th July 2008. The Luton Summer Festival in 2008 and 2009. The Boldock Beer Festival 2009 and The Letchworth Music Festival 2009.
Sandra Grant is a Dynamite act. When she performs she really BLOWS YOUR MIND!

Sandra's CD album; "She'll Blow Your Mind...with Jazz in Blues!", is now  available: A compilation of eight self-penned tracks, ranging from Jazz, Rock,  Blues and Soul!
